Clean energy for nearly 54,000 households

The ten wind turbines of this wind farm will be capable of supplying clean energy to around 54,000 households and will prevent the emission of over 47,000 tons of CO₂ into the atmosphere each year.

Our first wind farm in Castilla-La Mancha is located in the municipality of Montealegre del Castillo and has involved an investment of 51 million euros.

    Its ten wind turbines are capable of supplying 130,000 megawatt-hours (MWh) of clean energy per year.

    In addition, La Herrada will have an economic impact on regional and local coffers, as well as through lease agreements, of more than 392,000 euros per year.
